“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy, whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.” – Albert Einstein
Now that we’ve covered the basics of what the stress response is and can do in the previous post, let’s delve into more of the energetics of stress. Before we can delve into this, however, let’s look at some foundational knowledge about energy and our bodies, and we’ll begin with telepathy.
If you run searches on the definition of the word telepathy, you’ll find (like I did), different definitions, even on Wikipedia. The definition I will work with is this. Telepathy is the transmission of information that occurs beyond the five classical senses. So, it’s not just about mind to mind, but communication at all levels, that occurs beyond the classical senses.
If we take into consideration that everything is energy, including our thoughts, emotions, intent, our body, everything we read, hear, speak, and do, then we shift into a perspective of subtle communication, where everything is communicating all the time. More often than not, however, the communication is occurring beyond our conscious (or coherent) awareness. And this is actually an important point. Therefore, in essence, our bodies (yes, plural), are in constant communication with everything, whether we are consciously aware of it or not. If you read Lynne McTaggart’s book, “The Field: The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe.” McTaggart covers a lot of research that’s been done in this area. A highly recommended read.
Your body has a specific energetic signature, and when it comes into contact with any other energy that is different, that energy will have some kind of affect on the body. When the energy we come into contact with is of a higher frequency (vibration) then it can have a beneficial affect on our body. If lower in frequency, then it may adversely affect the body, hence a form of stress. And as I mentioned in the previous post, the affects are cumulative, unless you learn how to clear, re-align, and boost your energy.
The most common energetically subtle stressors today come from the use of the internet. When we connect to the internet we are connecting with a mass thought consciousness that can change from day to day, or even moment to moment. If we include social media in any form, that subtle communication is now potentially occurring 24/7. So, the body actually doesn’t get any rest. This is actually one of the reasons I always recommend that people make time to get in water. Fully immersing yourself in water helps to stop signals, since signals can’t pass though water. This is something that Russell Targ also mentions in his book, “Limitless Mind: A Guide to Remote Viewing and Transformation of Consciousness.” The initial remote viewers would actually do their work in a protected room that cuts out all signals, sort of like a big faraday cage. Decades later, they discovered that water can almost have the same effect. So, when you get in water, the larger the body of water the better, it gives the body a respite from all those energetic signals (or the constant telepathic communications). Since the body can then begin to relax, with less energy going towards dealing with all that constant communication, the energy can now be used for healing.
Just consider all that you do, every day, and begin to be aware of how you feel during and just after doing them. Do you feel uplifted and energized? Do you feel mentally lucid and quiet? Do you feel motivated? Or, do you feel drained and more lethargic afterwards? It’s actually pretty simple, and only requires taking the time and energy to be fully present and aware of how you feel with everything you do and how you feel while doing it. Then, if you notice that doing certain activities actually affects you adversely, then you’re in a better position to make better choices for yourself.
