I originally did my Reiki training in 2001 and 02. In 2015, I decided to re-train through a training program that is accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), along with additional training.
From 2001 through to my experience in 2015, I observed that the majority of people who do train in Reiki, don't really use it after their training, especially for themselves. I found this to be true for some of my own students.
Hence, the intent of this journal. It was really intended to encourage those who have trained to not only utilize this Spiritual Intuitive Healing Art, but to help themselves with it. That perhaps, if I gave them a little nudge, they'd help themselves.
It is recommended that a person who completes Reiki II, to complete 21 days of self-healing before doing Reiki III. Therefore, this journal can also help those who feel to commit themselves to those 21 days, to journal their experience.
It is also my hope that those who purchase this journal and decide to commit to 21 days in a row, not feel daunted by that commitment. Should they fall off the wagon, so to speak, at any point and miss a day or two, that they simply jump back on the wagon and resume.
Hopefully, this will bring a deeper sense of relaxation and spiritual connectedness.
